1. Services Provided
Yogi Visa Consultancy ("we," "our," or "us") offers visa file preparation services for tourist visas around the globe. Our services include guidance, document preparation, and visa appointment scheduling. Standard Statement of Purpose (SOP) writing is included.
2. Service Fee & Payment
Payment must be made upfront before we begin any work. Invoice will be generated for the payment.
3. Timeline
Visa file preparation will take up to 10 calendar days from the date of full payment and submission of all necessary documents by the client.
4. Refund Policy
All payments are generally non-refundable. However:

If a client cancels within 24 hours of payment, they are eligible for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued after 24 hours under any circumstances.

No refund will be provided once the visa file is delivered, regardless of the outcome of your visa or external delays. (Extending Visa offer period and etc.)
5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Any delay due to incomplete or incorrect documentation is not our responsibility.

Failure to provide required documents within 4 days of payment may result in file closure without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any decision made by the consulate/embassy. We do not guarantee visa approval.

We are also not liable for delays caused by external agencies, government bodies, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information shared with us is kept strictly confidential and used only for visa processing. Once the decision is processed, all your information will be discarded.
8. Dispute Resolution
The laws of UK, Scotland, & Wales shall govern any disputes. In case of a dispute, parties agree to resolve it through negotiation before seeking legal action.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or sent via email.
